Did you ever think about the fact that joining a company means giving away 5-10% of your professional life? (excluding potential afterlife ;)
We believe that company culture should be as transparent and open as possible to resonate with the right people.
Since we started this initiative, our way of thinking has changed a lot. It's been a great exercise for everyone in the team to contribute to this guide. Same as open-sourcing code.
